Payment must be made using a Visa or MasterCard from a financial institution that uses the AVS credit card authentication service. Cards using the Verify by Visa process cannot be accepted at this time.

If you win an auction or choose the “Buy Now” option (where available), your credit card will be charged automatically. Ensure that your credit card information matches the details on file with your credit card provider to avoid payment processing delays.

Registration is required to browse listings and provide your credit card information to bid on products.

To opt out of receiving email communications, you can unsubscribe using the “My Profile” tab.

You can remove your credit card information from Auction1’s database via the “My Profile” tab.

Pickup orders must be retrieved within 7 calendar days of the auction close date at the specified location, or the invoice will be canceled, and a restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price (up to $25.00) will be charged.

Auction items not paid in full within 10 days of the auction end date are subject to invoice cancellation and resale.

The Auction1 team reserves the right to restrict or ban access to individuals found bidding deceitfully.

Auction1 reserves the right to cancel an auction at any time without prior notification.

Some transactional operations on Auction1 may result in personal information being stored or processed outside Canada, making it accessible to law enforcement and regulatory authorities according to foreign jurisdiction laws.

Auction1 reserves the right to limit the total number of “Buy Now” promotional items purchased by a buyer.

All auction times are displayed in Pacific Time.

All bids are final; you cannot cancel or lower a bid once made. Only bid on items you intend to purchase.

Some items may not include instructions, accessories, or original packaging but come with a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Auction wins cannot be combined for reduced shipping costs. Each win is billed and shipped separately.

Items purchased on Auction1 are not eligible for return at affiliated store locations. Requests to return items should be directed to Auction1 Customer Service via the contact details on the “Contact Us” section.

All returns must be complete, in the condition shipped, with original packaging and accessories. Auction1 reserves the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.

Auction1 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Authorized returns must include a shipment tracking number.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price (up to $25.00) if delivery is refused for reasons other than shipping damage.

Applicable sales taxes will be added based on the shipping address.

In case of technical issues, we reserve the right to extend auctions up to 24 hours following restoration of normal service.

Winners will receive an email with item shipping/pick-up times and locations.

Exchange, replacement, and warranty plans do not apply to items sold on Auction1.

Non-pickup orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of full payment receipt. You will receive an email with the tracking number upon shipment.

For damaged shipments, note any damage on the carrier’s delivery record for Auction1 to file a claim. Save the merchandise in its original packaging and notify Auction1 immediately to arrange an inspection and pick-up. Failure to notify Auction1 of damage within 3 days of arrival will result in the standard return policy taking precedence.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during registration or checkout. We have the right to charge additional shipping and handling fees for inaccurate addresses. If an order is returned as undeliverable, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping and handling fees and a 25% restocking fee of the original purchase price (up to $25.00) for non-defective returns.
